Returns
1. Eligibility:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items:

3. Return Process:

4. Return Shipping Costs:
Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If it is our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
1. Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved.
2. Approved Refunds:
If your return is approved, we will process your refund and credit it back to your original payment account. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, or payment service provider. Refunds may take some time to be officially posted.
4. Exchanges or Damaged Products:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with details of the damage and attach photos, requesting a replacement or refund. Please be sure to keep the original packaging and the damaged item as evidence, depending on the circumstances.
